Realme Band – Realme’s First Fitband | Going To Beat Other Fitness Trackers Brand |Launch Date, Specifications – 2020 

Being a best a brand in the mid-range section, Realme have made their own space in the Indian competitive brands crowd, because of which on 24th of this month Realme CEO Madhav Sheth teased the company’s first fit band which will be launched along with Realme 5i and also confirmed the official launch of Realme Band in February.

The last episode of Ask Madhav on Realme India YouTube channel, Sheth itself confirmed the official launch for the first realme fitness band in February. He only gave a timeline of this Realme Fitbit, not the exact launch date. Also, not a single specifications of the Realme Band have been leaked or provided by Madhav Sheth yet.Madhav sheth

Madhav Sheth Statement On Realme Fitness Band

Have a glimpse on a short statement given by CEO of Realme India:

 “For all the guys who have made a New Year’s resolution to stay fitter, we’re coming with a fitness band in February itself.”

Realme Band Launched Date Not Revealed Yet

While Sheth didn’t reveal an exact date of Realme band launch, he did state that ” We can expect it soon”. Earlier Sheth said that the first Realme Fitbit will drive in the first half of 2020 but still he didn’t reveal a specific date for that.

Challenge For Other Fitness Brands

Yet there is not enough information about their first Realme Band but we can expect it that this device will take on the Xiaomi Mi Band series, as well as Huawaei sub-brand Honor’s range of budget fit band trackers.

More intricate details about the Realme Fitness Band such as the sensors, connectivity, UI, health monitoring features are still unknown. Having said that, we expect the company to reveal more details about the fitness tracker gradually in the heads up to the launch.

Madhav Sheth Revealed Many Other Things

Madhav Sheth, who does #AskMadhav sessions on the official channel Realme India quite regularly, also he spoke about the Android version 10 for Realme 5i in May 2020. He also highlighted that a dedicated bokeh mode video won’t be available for Realme 3 Pro because of hardware limitations.

In the same session, Sheth also announced that an OTA update for the Realme Buds Air to fix the background noise issues. However, this update won’t be rolling out until March.

Sheth also shared a schedule for all the Realme smartphones to get WiFi calling features, which is currently offered by Airtel and Reliance Jio in India. Realme X2 Pro in January, the company will begin the rollout of the feature that will span Q3.

Madhav Sheth also revealed that soon we are going to have a new variant of TWS earbuds in yellow and black color. Maybe this happens int he upcoming month. Also, Sheth confirmed that all Realme smartphones launched this year will receive a security update for the upcoming two years.
